What is your greatest concern when contemplating entering an agreement with a real estate broker to sell or find your home?
Many home sellers and buyers fear being locked into an agreement with an inactive, less than competent, or downright dishonest agent, leading to a loss of valuable marketing time and exposure, or even worse, financial loss. I understand that concern. I have been on the receiving end of a shady deal more than once.
But I have a solution to remove any risk of entering into a business relationship with me.
The simple truth is I stand behind the quality of service I provide. Period. Ethics are not changeable or negotiable. You cannot learn them in a class or buy them with a big-name franchise, or membership in every real estate organization in the country. Either you have integrity, or you don't.
I will not sacrifice your well-being for the sake of my commission. I want all of my clients to be completely satisfied with the level of service and expertise I offer in the sale or purchase of their home, land or business. Your best interests, and the maintenance of your trust and confidence in every step of the real estate transaction, will always be the guiding principles underlying my actions.
This position requires a strong belief in the quality of service I offer, and in the level of commitment and degree of loyalty I deliver to my clients. I will have it no other way - because I am only satisfied when you are satisfied.
I stake my name on it.
