Stacy was always available for questions and went out of her way to help us when we needed to secure a POA for closing. Our house had two offers within a week, and we closed just over three months after our home was listed. We got what we wanted from our house and then some. Heather is AMAZING! She was "On The Money" for estimating and pricing my first house flip (3bd/2.5 ba) and was quickly able to sell it. When I was anxious or nervous during the process her steady hand lead us to a successful closing where the buyer and seller were both well pleased. She also helped me buy my first duplex and we are working on a 4-plex!! Highly recommended!!

Stellar experience with Heather. Class act and took care of things at the speed of light for me. We moved from Nashville and are used to a speedy, sellers market. Holy cow. Where do we begin? To say that this wonderful young lady helped us with the sale of what we thought would be our forever home wouldn't begin to adequately describe her input. We relocated to the area from out of state and found Heather through Dave Ramsey's website. Heather facilitated an entire day of house hunting for us, and was very accommodating with our limited schedule. Other than the one trip to house-hunt, the rest of the process was done remotely. Heather is unlike anyone in the customer service industry I've ever encountered. Patient, kind, honest, and knowledgeable in Real Estate.
