After seeing the trend in larger cities, WVU marketing student Tyler Lalka knew he needed to bring rolled ice cream to his hometown. Choose your ice cream and toppings, which are then mixed on top of a chilled metal plate and formed into a roll. Signature flavors include salted caramel pretzel, cookies and cream, s'mores, and peanut butter cup. Turn your ice cream into a "taco" made with a tortilla-shaped sugar cone.
